各学院、各部门：
亚洲开放大学协会（AAOU）第38届年会将于2025年10月20日-23日由国家开放大学（中国北京）举办。本次会议的主题是：Transforming ODL fora Sustainable Lifelong Learning Society。
大会公开征集论文，希望广大教师积极参与，踊跃投稿。现将论文征集有关事项通知如下：
一、论文主题
围绕会议主题，会议有以下分主题：
（一）Digital Education
1. Sub-theme 1：Innovations in Learning Models Driven by Technology
2. Sub-theme 2：Strategies to Promote Educational Equity and Inclusivity
3. Sub-theme 3：Al in Teaching and Learning
（二）Lifelong Education (Adult Education)
1. Sub-theme 1：Role and Strategy of Open Universities in Lifelong Learning
2. Sub-theme 2：Needs and Support Systems for Lifelong Learners
3. Sub-theme 3：Policies and System Support for Lifelong Education
（三）Open,Distance,and Online Education
1. Sub-theme 1:Assessment and Quality Assurance Mechanisms in Open Universities
2. Sub-theme 2: Incentive Mechanisms for Learning Motivation and Outcomes
3. Sub-theme 3:Best Practices in Open University and Community Collaboration
4. Sub-theme 4:International Cooperation and Global Strategies of Open Universities
5. Sub-theme 5:Collaboration Models between Open Universities and the Industry
二、重要时间截点
1. 2025年4月15日：论文摘要提交截止日期；
2. 2025年5月1日：论文摘要接受通知日期；
3. 2025年6月15日：全篇论文提交截止。
注：论文全文为可选内容。被接受的摘要和全文将在电子版会议论文集上发表。
三、论文提交要求
1. 4月15日前，请学院（部门）统一提交申报汇总表（见附件）。纸质版交至社会科学处902，电子版提交至邮箱：yanbs@jsou.cn，以便我处备案。（不接受个人提交）
2. 5月11日前，请收到论文摘要接受通知的老师提交通知信息及全篇论文中英文对照版（皆为Word版本）电子版至学院（部门），由学院（部门）统一打包发送至社会科学处邮箱：yanbs@jsou.cn，以备专家遴选，逾期不予受理。（不接受个人提交）
